Ancestral work is less about ceremony and more about repair. What the lineage wants is rarely what we assume.

Repair before ritual
We arrive at ancestral practice with candles and offerings, hoping to be told we are chosen. The lineage usually asks for something duller and harder: pay the debt, tell the truth, end the pattern.
A starting inventory
- Which story in your family is never told out loud?
- Which gift skipped a generation because someone was too busy surviving?
- What would it cost you to finish what they started?
An altar built on avoidance is just furniture.
The practice
Speak their names. Then act in a way they would recognize as courage. That is the whole method.
